Four leading brands have chosen VoxEureka as their public relations agency. The appointments follow a competitive pitching period in the first quarter of 2026. Coway MalaysiaHyundai Motor MalaysiaPavilion Group and Trip.com have all signed on with the strategic communications consultancy. The wins span diverse sectors. These include automotive, retail property, online travel and home wellness. As a result, VoxEureka is strengthening its position as a go‑to integrated PR agency in Malaysia.

Hyundai Malaysia drives automotive growth

In the automotive sector, Hyundai Motor Malaysia has appointed VoxEureka to lead its communications strategy. The agency works alongside INNOCEAN Malaysia. Specifically, the remit covers campaign‑led communications. It includes key model launches and corporate milestones. Moreover, the goal is to enhance Hyundai’s brand positioning across automotive and lifestyle segments. Consequently, this win reinforces VoxEureka’s growing mobility portfolio.

Pavilion Group expands retail and property footprint

Similarly, Pavilion Group has tapped VoxEureka to drive communications across four key properties. They are Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Damansara Heights, Pavilion Bukit Jalil and Intermark Mall. The agency will integrate corporate messaging with retail storytelling. The objective, therefore, is to boost footfall and build brand affinity. This appointment adds to VoxEureka’s existing property roster. It already includes UEM Sunrise and Sunway.

Trip.com builds brand trust in competitive travel sector

Meanwhile, Trip.com has brought VoxEureka on board to deepen media engagement and build brand trust. Competition is intensifying within Malaysia’s online travel sector. As a result, the agency will focus on strengthening Trip.com’s brand presence. It will also reinforce the platform’s standing among local consumers.

Coway mandates innovation campaign

In the home wellness space, Coway has appointed VoxEureka to lead creative and activation conceptualisation. The scope also includes creator engagement. Specifically, the mandate covers an upcoming innovation‑led campaign. It is centred on accessible healthy living. Thus, it reflects a growing emphasis on lifestyle positioning.

“This intense pitching season was a true test of our mettle,” said Jonathan Tan, Managing Director. “To come through with this calibre of new clients is a tremendous validation. Each win reflects our penchant for strategic, creative reputational storytelling.”

He adds that the growing regional portfolio highlights client preferences for multi‑market hive models. These models synergise skill sets and hyperlocal knowledge.

TikTok Reappoints VoxEureka for Fifth Consecutive Year

We are pleased to announce that TikTok has renewed its partnership with VoxEureka for a fifth consecutive year.

This one-year renewal reinforces our shared commitment to digital safety and responsible online communities across Southeast Asia.

Beyond Malaysia, VoxEureka now supports TikTok in Singapore, expanding our regional footprint. This growth reflects the trust we have built through consistent, high-impact campaigns that combine strategic communications with local insight.

Our work in Malaysia

Over the past year, we have collaborated closely with TikTok to execute two major initiatives in Malaysia, both developed in partnership with the Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia (CMCF) and the Digital Ministry (formerly the Communications and Digital Ministry).

  • #ThinkTwice – A digital literacy movement that encourages Malaysians to pause and reflect before sharing content online. Working alongside CMCF, AWAM, MIASA, the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and MCMC, the campaign evolved into a multilingual resource hub addressing scams, misinformation and online harm. It has reached millions of users and received public recognition from the Digital Ministry for its tangible impact.

  • #Surf’sUp – A university outreach programme designed to instil digital responsibility among young Malaysians. Held on campuses such as UiTM and IIUM, each session includes interactive workshops and pledge drives. At one event alone, over 570 students committed to the #ThinkTwice pledge. The programme is delivered in partnership with CMCF and aligns with national efforts to promote self-regulation and critical thinking online.

Why this renewal matters

TikTok has been the only major platform to voluntarily join CMCF ahead of Malaysia’s new licensing framework. The Digital Ministry has publicly commended TikTok for demonstrating genuine leadership in online safety. VoxEureka is proud to play a central role in that mission, bridging global technology with local communities.

This renewal comes at a pivotal time for online safety in Malaysia. The Online Safety Act 2025 (ONSA) came into force on 1 January 2026, establishing a formal legal framework to enhance user protection and hold licensed service providers accountable for harmful content on their platforms.

Looking ahead, we will continue to help TikTok Malaysia foster safer digital spaces through thoughtful storytelling, active community engagement and measurable campaigns. This fifth renewal is not just a milestone — it is a responsibility we take seriously.

We look forward to another year of meaningful impact.
